Confidentiality

Confidentiality

How we protect our clients. Six principles, applied without exception.

— 01 —

Verified counterparties only

No introduction is made before identity, ownership and capacity have been confirmed. Names are not shared with parties we do not know — and that we cannot reach directly.

— 02 —

Written mandate first

Every engagement is governed by clear, signed terms before work begins. No verbal commitments, no implicit understandings.

— 03 —

No anonymous chains

We work with named, reachable principals. We refuse engagements that route through layers of intermediaries we cannot verify — they protect no one's interests but their own.

— 04 —

Need-to-know basis

Sensitive information is shared only with the parties who need it, only at the moment they need it, and only with explicit consent from the originator.

— 05 —

Secure communication

We use encrypted channels for sensitive exchanges. Physical meetings, by appointment, in discreet venues. Documents are shared through secure rooms — never open email attachments for material information.

— 06 —

Relationships over volume

We work with a small number of principals at any one time. That is a deliberate constraint: it is the only way to maintain the level of discretion and personal attention this work requires.

"Discretion is not a slogan. It is a discipline."
— The Sidrat Principle
